Over the past 14 years, the Government of Vietnam (GVN) has passed several laws, announced decrees, and launched national programs for adopting and implementing e-government systems at the national and provincial levels.

To assist GVN’s move towards public sector digitization and a data-driven government, USAID/Vietnam has worked to strengthen government capacity and provide technical assistance to the GVN Office of the Government (OOG) through the Administrative Procedures Control Agency (APCA) due to APCA’s critical involvement in implementing e-government digital transformation in Vietnam.
