This report analyzes recent research on inclusive and responsible digital development. Drawing on more than 150 resources available on the Digital Ecosystem Evidence Map (DEEM), this report addresses key research questions pertaining to the fairness, equity, inclusion, use, benefits, and harms of digital technologies. The findings are intended to strengthen future digital development programming by providing a synthesis of up-to-date evidence.
